The Coretalents analysis is a unique, highly accurate way to expose the personality at a fundamental level.

The Coretalents method is based on > 30 years of empirical research and in-depth interviews with > 12,000 engineers, scientists and - since 2004 - all profiles. It is an accurate, fast and immediately useful method validated in 2015 with a test-retest reliability Cronbach’s Alpha of .84 (!) by prof. dr. Elke Van Hoof, clinical psychologist at the ULB.

The essence of the Coretalents method:

During childhood you unconsciously choose toys/games/interests/activities that suit you. What you as a child really liked before puberty betrays your unique Coretalents-profile. The totality of your Coretalents forms the 'blueprint' of your personality, with all your original strengths and weaknesses, your potential and your intrinsic motivation to work with them. It does not restrict you, but helps you see which ways will suit you best.

A Coretalent never stands alone. It is the combination of all your 23 coretalents (small, half or strong) together that gives an accurate view of your personality (→94 billion possible combinations!).

The Coretalents method differs from other personality tests in several ways: it considers a longer period of time (approximately 8 years), avoids self-assessment, focuses on effective behavior, uses a qualitative analysis, remains objective and independent, is based on real people and real life experiences, and uncovers latent talents that other methods may not reveal.

Approach: 30 min online questionnaire + 3,5hrs (approx.) face to face or online with the expert + final comprehensive report (approx. 35 pages) received 10 days later (screenshot of report below).
