Passionate about transition and cultural diversity, I already connected with coaching, people and change management more than 20 years ago.
Today, as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognised by and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I feel privileged to accompany many people in their life transition. Each person I meet has an amazing personality, seeing them blooming and getting clarity in what they want to realise is an amazing present.
Coaching has always been as a watermark in my life. Besides the qualification, it is also a mindset. At the beginning of my career, I decided to be the author of my life. Since then the chapters of my book still offer me challenges, changes and surprises but I made clear to myself that I am the driver and I choose.
As student (UCL), Human Capital Consultant (Deloitte Consulting), Training Manager Asia (Korn/Ferry) and entrepreneur (co-Founder of Bright Expats), I lived in Brussels, Montreal, Dubai and Shanghai. I am now based in Tervuren (Belgium) and work in my field of passion, interest and expertise: coaching and training.
